The Sagadahoc District Attorney’s Office is responsible for prosecuting State crimes in Bath Superior Court and West Bath District Court. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM. We have 24-hour voicemail with the listed extensions to individual offices.
Sagadahoc County is part of Maine Prosecutorial District VI which includes Lincoln, Knox, and Waldo Counties with Geoff Rushlau serving as the elected District Attorney for all Counties.
The District Attorney and Assistant District Attorneys are State employees while all others are County Employees.
