THE PROBATE COURT ACCEPTS CASH AND CHECKS ONLY

The Probate Court primarily handles adoptions, guardianships, name changes, probate of wills and estates for citizens of Sagadahoc County.

We are also an official passport processing agency for the U.S. Department of State.
